Metrics-Driven Training for The Elite Athlete

What does it mean to apply biomechanical engineering to the pursuit of athletic perfection?

  • Precise motion analysis and feedback
  • Integration of anatomical and mechanical modeling
  • Tailored training protocols using real-time data
  • Injury prevention through stress point analysis
  • Optimization of energy transfer and efficiency

Inside of every athlete is the compulsion to win - to excel over their peers. Some will say the only person they're truly competing with is themselves, but, since the very first Olympics, some have had the drive to win and are willing to sacrifice hours of training and dedication to their chosen sports. Chack understands this drive, and, with the tools and technology afforded him through his biomechanical training at IISI in Columbia, he has forged a practice intended to help elite athletes achieve peak performance.

Think: (Instrumentation + Precision Therapies + Environment + Knowledge) x Time = World-Class Performance.

Technology is trained on 16 measurement points, each with a critical role to play in increasing athletic performance.

Electrodes are placed on the points to be measured, then the athlete practices their sport, feeding data into a computer program that tests them for areas that can be improved.

Then, with computer-derived insights, the athlete receives correction and instruction, then applies this insight by working out the right way, doing away with bad habits and correcting weaker areas until peak performance is achieved.

It's not for everyone, but you don't have to be on the Olympic team to want to improve your form and achieve peak physical condition. Reach out to Chack today on WhatsApp and schedule a measurement session to learn where you can best apply your next workout. Or schedule an appointment to discuss more intensive training intended for professional sportsmen and women.
